Cancellation Policy.

Due to an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we now require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel after the notice period or fail to attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking price will be required. Future appointments cannot be booked until this fee is paid.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and business.

Skin Test & Consultation Policy.

For the safety and best results of your hair service, all new clients MUST have a skin test and consultation at least 48 hours before any colour appointment. This is essential to ensure there are no allergic reactions and to discuss your desired results.

Appointments cannot proceed without a completed skin test. Thank you for your understanding!

Appointment Deposit Policy.

When booking an appointment, a 50% deposit will be required for services over a certain amount and time frame. This deposit will be deducted from your total at the end of your service.

Failure to attend your appointment will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit to cover our time and losses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
